How long will it take for me to get my items?

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We use reputable carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

What happens if I order more than one item?

Some items will arrive together, while others may arrive separately. 

Can I return my items?

Please note that all sales are finalWe do not offer refunds. All packages have insurance, please contact the post office with your tracking number, if your items are damaged when they arrive. Please email for any discrepancies for resolution.
