I’m Temika Brackins, known as Meka, the founder of Touched by Meka and a certified hair loss practitioner. Through my work with clients, I’ve seen how thinning, shedding, breakage, and dryness can affect more than your hair. They can affect how you feel about yourself.

That understanding shapes my passion for haircare, scalp education, and helping women build routines that fit their lives.
